TENT CAMPING SITES

You won’t find glitz or glam at Beach Camping Area, instead discover a classic tent camping experience in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Choose from riverside and beachside campsites. Each campsite is equipped with a fire pit, perfect for roasting s'mores and enjoying a cozy evening under the stars.

Beach Tent Campsite Amenities

Tent Camping Prices

  • Price per site: $40-$55
  • 50% deposit required to guarantee reservation
  • Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children (17 & Under) per site
  • No more than 4 adults per site – maximum of 6 persons
  • Additional children (17 and younger): $5 per child per night
  • Additional adults (18+) above 2: $10 per adult per night
  • Maximum of two tents per site

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Vehicle Capacity per Campsite

    Max of 2 vehicles per site. Arrangements for extra trailers (cargo, boat, etc.) must be made in advance.

  • Dogs in Tent Camping Sites

    • Dog Fee is: $5 per night
    • 2-dog maximum per site
    • A Rabies certificate is required for all dogs. No exceptions.

  • Campground Check-in & Check-out Times

    Check-in time is after 1:00 PM. Check-out time is before 11:00 am. 

  • Holidays & Weekend Policies

    • 3-Day minimum for holiday weekends
    • 3-Day minimum for weekends in July and August

  • Cancellation Policies

    We understand that plans can change and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. For this reason, we require 14 days' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Please note that cancellations made 13 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.

  • Campground Visitors

    • Visitors are welcome between 9 AM and 9 PM
    • All visitors must register in the office and pay the visitor's fee.
    • Adults (18+): $10 
    • Children (17 & under): $5
    • Spend the day on our sandy beach with a Saco River Day Pass.
